QA Automation & AI-Driven Testing for modern engineering teams.
TestHubAI helps you stabilise CI/CD, scale test automation, and adopt AI-assisted testing — without hiring a full-time QA architect.
Led by Nikos Thermogiannis – Senior QA Automation Engineer at DeepSea Technologies & former Head of QA at Reydix.
Engagements are designed as monthly retainers and focused projects — no long-term lock-in, no heavy process, just senior-level guidance where it matters most.
What TestHubAI does
Architecture-first QA and automation services for product teams that move fast.
QA Automation Architecture
Design or refactor your automation stack around the testing pyramid: unit, integration, system, end-to-end and non-functional.
Web & Mobile E2E Frameworks
Playwright and Appium frameworks built with Domain-Driven Design, BDD and cross-platform support.
CI/CD & Flakiness Stabilisation
Diagnose and stabilise failing pipelines: retries, test isolation, parallelisation, test data strategy and quality gates.
AI-Assisted Testing
Introduce AI into your QA workflow for test generation, gap analysis, defect clustering and smarter regression selection, including Python-based harnesses where it makes sense.
Backend & Event-Driven Testing
System and end-to-end tests for microservices, event-driven architectures, Kafka streams and complex integration flows, using TypeScript and Python-based tooling where appropriate.
Mentoring & Fractional QA Leadership
Hands-on coaching for QA and dev teams, levelling up automation skills and embedding quality practices into delivery.

How engagements work
Lightweight, collaborative and designed to plug into your existing delivery process.
We discuss your product, stack and current QA/automation challenges to see if there is a good fit.
Light review of your repos, pipelines and test suites to identify the top 2–3 high-impact areas.
We agree on the right retainer tier, communication channels and initial focus for the first 4–6 weeks.
Continuous architectural and strategic support as your teams ship features and evolve the product.
Selected experience
Recent work that shapes how TestHubAI operates.
Supporting AI-driven maritime optimisation products with backend system tests, CI/CD integration and automation frameworks around Python, Kafka, RabbitMQ and cloud-native stacks.
Built test automation from scratch for mobile and backend in TypeScript, introduced DDD and BDD system tests, stabilised pipelines and led the QA function in a fast-growing product environment.
Worked on Java-based Core Bet and Promotions systems, creating automated tests for core betting flows, promotion rules and settlement logic to ensure stable, high-volume releases during major sporting events.
Built Python-based automation for OPS and Engage platforms, covering backend APIs, integrations and operational workflows, while strengthening reliability and aligning QA practices with ISO 27001 security controls.
About Nikos
The person behind TestHubAI.
I’m Nikos Thermogiannis, a QA Automation Architect based in Greece. Over the last years I’ve helped startups and scale-ups design and implement test automation across web, mobile and backend systems, with a strong focus on CI/CD stability and developer experience.
My background combines hands-on engineering with architecture and leadership: from designing frameworks in TypeScript and Playwright, to guiding teams through domain-driven testing, to aligning QA with security and cloud practices. Beyond the TypeScript ecosystem, I also work extensively with Python for backend test harnesses, data validation and AI-driven testing tooling.
Certifications include GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner, NIST CSF, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, OWASP secure coding and more — but what matters most is turning this into practical, maintainable solutions for your teams.
Let’s talk
If you’d like to explore a retainer or a focused project, the easiest way is to start with a short intro call.
Share a few lines about your product, tech stack and current QA/automation challenges. I’ll respond with suggested next steps and whether a retainer or a project would be a better fit.
